What materials do you use? Are they safe?

Yes — all pieces are made from stainless steel (304 and 316 grade), which is known for being skin-safe, and resistant to tarnish or rust. It’s commonly used in medical tools and body jewellery because of its durability and compatibility with most skin types.

Our jewellery is made to be worn daily — through water, weather, and whatever else you carry.

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

While stainless steel is generally considered hypoallergenic, depending on the grade it can contain low amounts of nickel. We recommend you avoid stainless steel if you have a known severe nickel allergy and opt for materials like titanium or platinum. 

If stainless steel is affordable, durable and tarnish-free, why isn’t it more widely used in jewellery?

Good question! Although it has all these great properties, the primary drawback is also one its primary strengths. Being a durable material makes it much harder to work with for intricate shapes and details. This is why you will rarely see costume jewellery made with stainless steel. 

Is stainless steel a sustainable material?

YES! Stainless steel is 100% recyclable and even if it does end up in landfill, it doesn't leech into the environment which is another reason why we prefer it over other metals. 

Where do you ship to? How much is shipping?

When will my order ship? 

We will normally ship your order the next business day. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days after shipment if you're in New Zealand and 3-10 business days if you're overseas. 

What is your returns and refund policy?

At Cyber Heart Collection, every piece is built to last — crafted in stainless steel and made to be worn daily. Because of the intimate nature of jewellery and the limited-run process behind each drop, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your item arrives with a genuine quality issue or manufacturing fault, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll offer a full refund.

We also offer refunds for any unexpected tarnishing from water exposure or general wear, valid for 1 year from the date of purchase — for your peace of mind.

Please note:
This does not cover damage caused by chemicals (e.g. chlorine, cleaning agents, perfumes) or rough handling.
